\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tMedium-intensity ruby colour. The nose is expressive, with notes of ripe\nred and black fruit, such as blackberry and black cherry. It reveals a\ncomplex balsamic side, with hints of scrubland, tobacco box, and subtle\nsuggestions of black pepper. On the palate, it is intense, with integrated\nacidity and a textured tannin structure. Winemaking and Ageing\n\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe ripening cycle is monitored through berry tasting and analysis to\ndetermine the ideal harvest date. The grapes, harvested in 20kg crates,\nare destemmed and fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled\ntemperature ($26-30$ \u00b0C). Extraction is carried out through gentle\npumping-over, ensuring a balance between fruit expression and tannin\nstructure. Touriga Franca and Touriga Nacional are co-fermented,\nallowing for better integration of both varieties from the very beginning.\nTouriga Franca offers ripe fruit and structure, while Touriga Nacional\ncontributes floral elegance and firm acidity. Following malolactic\nfermentation, the wine is aged for approximately 12 months in used oak\nbarrels, gaining complexity and balance.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
